Six Degrees of Separation
The "Six Degrees of Separation" application was launched late in August 2007. Since that time it has grown to over 125,000 users. The original premise was an application to test the six degrees of separation theory by creating a link back the original developer and keeping a count of the average. Over time this has evolved with new features, and will continue to do so.
As a growing application, it has taught Exponetic a great deal in terms of scaling, reacting to the Facebook platform, as well as dealing with issues such as timeouts.
