Ruby on Rails for a large client

We've just finished our first Ruby on Rails site for a corporate client. Zuzzid, for Norwich Union, allows users to post rants and raves about insurance issues.
We’ve just finished our first Ruby on Rails site for a corporate client. Zuzzid, for Norwich Union, allows users to post rants and raves about insurance issues. Topics such as “My provider is XXX and they were the cheapest but wouldn’t pay my claim” allow users to gather information about insurance products and make decisions that aren’t solely based on price.
The site, built with live|work, has been going through a number of iterations over the past ten months and Ruby no Rails has allowed this process to happen. Prototypes have been put up and changed on regular cycles with almost every version having the polish of a final site. It’s certainly justified the choice of trying Ruby for a project as I don’t think it would have been possible in any other language.
